Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on Q Models, a subscription-based platform that offers digital portfolio services for models, agencies, and partner organizations. By using our platform and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Service Disclaimer

Q Models does not sell physical products. All services provided are digital in nature and delivered immediately upon purchase or activation. As such, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we do offer refunds under the circumstances and conditions defined below.


2. Full Refunds Within 48 Hours

We offer a full refund for any subscription or activation made through Q Models within 48 hours of the time of purchase, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within the 48-hour window
  • The portfolio or service has not been materially used to completion (e.g., exported, transferred, or advertised externally in a commercial campaign)

To request a refund within 48 hours, contact our support team at admin@qmodels.co.uk with your account details and order reference.


3. Refunds After 48 Hours: Pro-Rated & Adjusted Refunds

After 48 hours, refunds may still be issued for unused portions of your subscription, but they will be calculated using our Adjusted Refund Valuation method, as described below.

3.1 How It Works

When a subscription is canceled after the 48-hour period, we will:

  • Calculate the total duration of the service already used
  • Determine the remaining value of the subscription using the non-discounted (standard) pricing tiers
  • Deduct the applicable amount from your original payment
  • Provide a refund equal to the remaining balance, if any

This ensures that users who benefited from a bulk or long-term discount are refunded fairly by applying standard pricing to the elapsed usage period.

3.2 Example

Suppose you purchased a 12-month subscription for $100 (a discounted rate), while our 6-month subscription costs $60. If you cancel after 6 months, we will consider the used portion at the 6-month standard price of $60 — not $50 (half of $100). Your refund will be:

$100 – $60 = $40 refund


4. Refund Process and Approval

All refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@qmodels.co.uk. Please include:

  • Your account email
  • Subscription or invoice ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Any additional details that may assist in processing

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  • Review eligibility and calculate any applicable refund
  • Provide you with a refund summary and require confirmation
  • Issue approved refunds within 7–10 business days of confirmation, using your original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to decline or limit refunds in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully used, downloaded, or distributed
  • Misuse of platform in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests for repeated subscriptions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious account activity

We aim to resolve all disputes in good faith and will consider exceptions where required by law.


6. Subscription Cancellations (Without Refund)

You may cancel any active subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will stop automatic renewals, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused period unless you explicitly request one per Section 3 above.


7. Questions or Disputes

If you have any questions or believe a refund has been unfairly denied, please contact our support team for assistance. We are committed to resolving refund-related issues quickly and fairly.


8. Third-Party Purchases

Q Models only processes refunds for services purchased directly through our official website. If a model or user was onboarded or subscribed via an agency, studio, brand, or any third-party partner, Q Models cannot process refunds under any circumstance.

In such cases, any request for refunds, cancellations, or payment disputes must be directed to the original point of purchase (e.g., your agent or studio), who is responsible for handling your account under their own commercial terms.

We are unable to access or alter billing relationships created by third-party partners, even if the model or service is active on our platform.

Note: Transitioning a model portfolio to a standalone account does not entitle the user to a refund if the original subscription was purchased through a third-party agency or partner. Refunds must be requested through the original purchaser.
