Welcome to Q Models. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and platform located at https://www.qmodels.co.uk and/or https://portal.qmodels.co.uk (“Platform”), whether you are an individual model, a modeling agency, studio, brand, or visitor.

By creating an account, submitting a portfolio, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

Q Models is a portfolio hosting and management platform that allows individual models, modeling agencies, studios, and brands to create, manage, and showcase professional modeling profiles and media.

We offer digital subscription services only; we do not sell physical products.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, unless registered through a parent, guardian, or authorized adult as outlined in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, or fraudulent purpose.

3. Services and Access

Our Platform enables:

Individual models to create and manage digital portfolios
Agencies, brands, and studios to onboard models, assign team members, and manage accounts at scale
Temporary preview activation of portfolios prior to sale
Role-based access control for partner teams
Subscription-based activation for ongoing service access

Q Models reserves the right to add, remove, or modify services at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Portfolio subscriptions are billed either periodically, per activation, or through agreed business billing schedules.
Agencies and studios are billed only for portfolios they activate after selling or confirming agreements with models.
All billing is subject to the terms of our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Q Models does not process payments on behalf of third-party partners. Models onboarded by agencies must resolve payment disputes with their onboarding entity.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our full Refunds & Returns Policy for all applicable terms.

Key highlights:

Full refunds are available within 48 hours of direct purchase
Refunds after 48 hours are pro-rated using an Adjusted Refund Valuation to account for discount tiers
No refunds are issued for services purchased through third-party agents or studios — those must be resolved directly with the agent or entity who sold the service
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to avoid future billing

6. Brand Collaborations and Offers

Q Models may provide custom pricing, offers, or onboarding discounts to modeling studios, agencies, and portfolio system users through brand collaborations.

Exclusive offers may include:

50% price-match onboarding: When switching from an existing system, we’ll match at 50% of your current portfolio provisioning cost, subject to verifiable proof
Volume-based discounts and flexible billing models

These offers are governed by custom agreements, and Q Models reserves the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Q Models processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All user and model data is stored securely in GDPR-compliant environments
Role-based controls and account permissions are enforced for partner teams
Portfolio data is accessible only to account holders and their assigned collaborators
Personal data may be used for platform operations, analytics, and improvements, never for resale

8. Child Models and Legal Guardianship

Q Models permits the creation of portfolios for minors under 18 years of age only when registered and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.

Consent must be provided by the adult at the time of onboarding
Q Models will transfer account ownership and consent rights to the model when they reach 18, as inferred from their birth date
Accounts created for minors without verified adult oversight may be suspended or removed

9. Intellectual Property

All content you upload (photos, bios, media, etc.) remains your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant Q Models a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service.

You represent that:

You have the legal right to use and share all content provided
You are not violating any third-party rights (including photographers, agencies, or prior contracts)

10. Platform Conduct and Restrictions

You may not:

Use the Platform to harass, defame, exploit, or impersonate others
Upload unlawful, obscene, or unauthorized copyrighted content
Interfere with the Platform’s security or access APIs in an unauthorized manner
Circumvent billing logic or activation mechanisms

Accounts violating these conditions may be suspended or terminated without notice.

11. Third-Party Relationships

If you are a model onboarded through an agency, studio, or third-party, you acknowledge:

That entity is your point of contact for refunds, support, and account decisions
Q Models is not responsible for disputes between you and the onboarding party
Your access to the Platform may be subject to their terms or internal policies

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q Models shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party service providers, including payment processors

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the prior 6 months.

13. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Your agency, studio, or brand agreement ends
You engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal behavior

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Portfolio Ownership and Access Control

When a model is onboarded through a modeling agency, studio, or brand (“Partner”), that Partner retains administrative access to the model’s portfolio, including the ability to view and update its contents, unless and until the model requests otherwise.

Models may contact Q Models at any time to request that their portfolio be converted to a standalone individual account, removing Partner access. Upon confirmation, Q Models will transition the portfolio and related data accordingly.

Important:
This change does not affect the nature of the original subscription, including refund eligibility or account ownership, until and unless the model purchases a new subscription directly through Q Models. Refunds and billing disputes related to the original activation remain the responsibility of the original purchasing Partner.

15. Events, Auditions, and Training Listings Disclaimer

From time to time, Q Models may publish or promote opportunities such as photoshoots, casting calls, auditions, or training events (collectively, “Events”) for the benefit of its users. These Events may be free or paid and are provided strictly for informational purposes only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the event listing, Q Models is not affiliated with, endorsing, or acting as an agent for any Event organizer or third party.

By choosing to attend, participate in, or engage with any Event listed on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Q Models bears no responsibility for the quality, conduct, outcome, legality, or safety of the Event or its organizers
Any risks, financial commitments, or reputational consequences you incur are solely your own responsibility
You will perform your own due diligence and seek independent advice if necessary before engaging with any third-party opportunity

Q Models shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from your participation in any Event not explicitly operated or hosted by Q Models.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
